The Nautilus - located across the street from the beach, this two bedroom upstairs apartment is the ideal location for your beach vacation. With panoramic views, accommodations are plentiful with a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher - a separate, open dining room and living room - a queen size bed in the master bedroom with sliding doors to the rear deck; there are twin beds in the other bedroom; and new twin sleep sofas in the living room. Enjoy lake, dune and meadow views from the full-length back deck and incredible bay views from the front. You have access to our private beach just a few steps away, an enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, a clothesline, cable TV and wireless, a full bathroom, and plenty of parking.... The Seashell Cottage - Make the Seashell your headquarters for your Cape adventures. Attractive, clean, private housekeeping cottage with a water view and private beach, fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with twin beds, new bathroom with shower, living room with roll-out/pop-up twin trundle beds and cable/color TV, internet access, eat-in kitchen (see photo below), cabinet kitchen, brick patio and semi-private fenced backyard with a gas grill and clothesline - and parking for 2 vehicles.

The Sea Shell cottage can comfortably sleep four people.

Beach Etiquette & Rules For Dog Owners:

1. Advance notice must be provided when making a reservation - and a $200 security deposit will be required for having a dog with you.

2. Always keep your dog leashed. There is a leash law.

3. Always clean up after your dog by using a poop bag or pooper-scooper.

4. If using an official off-leash area, your dog needs to be well behaved and must listen to your verbal commands.

5. Do not leave your dog unattended if it tends to bark or misbehave when you are away.

6. Do not let your dog visit with other beach-goers or dogs unless welcomed.

7. In an off-leash area, always pay attention to your dog.

8. While we strive to offer you dog-friendly accommodations, the owners of Foley's Cottages reserve the right of denial of allowing or continuing to allow any dog for any reason.
